During our collaboration with the Nisea company

(body that conducts socio-economic study and research activities in the fishing and aquaculture sector),

we came across the realization of the “ Blu Mater ” project,

which consists of an APP and a Cloud tool for managing the

WASTE COLLECTION AT SEA .

Functionality

In particular, through the APP, fishing vessels can:

Indicate the port of exit and return
The type and quantity of waste recovered from the sea, also attaching
- GPS location
- Photos of the waste
Weight of waste
Indicate whether waste has damaged the catch
Indicate the GPS location of waste that could not be recovered.
