FICS-ID

FICS-ID is the acronym for Field Information Collection System, which is a data collection system relating to all the assets present in a plant.

FICS-ID can be either an independent system or integrated with Maintenance-ID , of which it retains the main features: Cloud System, Multilingual, Multi-Plant, etc. and to which it adds the following features.

• Inspection Maintenance : Each maintenance worker must carry out various inspection cycles organised in TOUR.

• Predictive Maintenance : Predictive maintenance interventions are scheduled based on the values ​​collected in the field.

• Identification of Assets or Asset Components using RFID Tags .

• Some RFID tags are equipped with sensors that, in addition to identifying the component being examined and certifying that the operator has intervened on the component, also allow for the automatic detection of temperature, humidity, pressure, and other key characteristics of the component being analyzed.

• Data analysis with Alert in case a component is going “ drift ”.

• Usability in ATEX environments .

• Usability on Windows Mobile devices optionally also equipped with a telephone

• Deep Learning system (artificial intelligence), which, based on the collected data and the fault history, is able to predict an upcoming fault or recommend preventive maintenance intervention.
