Companies can benefit from a monitoring service to track sales made by their dealers and/or independent resellers. Through a web platform accessible from PCs, tablets, and smartphones, companies can access all the data they need to gain a competitive advantage in the market.
Sell-out data is collected using a dedicated POS terminal installed at all independent stores in the sales network the Company wishes to monitor. The terminal, thanks to the activation of an Electronic Guarantee, records the data for each individual sale. The Company, through access to a dedicated portal, views all sales and related details in real time.

The technology presented, in addition to offering sales tracking, guarantees product authenticity by generating an electronic certificate, activated directly by the company using the POS terminal installed at the points of sale. End customers are protected from purchasing counterfeit products, highlighting the added value of their Official Dealer.
Ease of activating the Guarantee
The Retailer, using the POS terminal, will be able to read the Company's labels and print the product certificate, showing: • the Company logo • the product description • the Electronic Warranty data (QR-Code) • the company name of the Point of Sale • the BAR-CODE for any cancellation of the Electronic Warranty
Easy to Verify
Following the sale, the Dealer activates the Electronic Warranty through the system described; the certificate issued by the terminal is then delivered to the End Buyer. From this moment on, the Customer can conveniently verify the product's authenticity by scanning the QR code printed on the Electronic Warranty or by connecting to the website: www.garanziaelettronica.it
END CUSTOMER REGISTRATION
During the Electronic Warranty Verification phase, the End Buyer can also register in just a few simple clicks. This way, the Company can match their data to each individual sale. To encourage the Customer to register, the Company may freely decide to implement specific strategies, such as warranty extensions and/or promotions.
