Dynamic ID has developed a web platform for data entry, document dematerialization, and statistical analysis for Nisea, an organization that conducts socioeconomic research in the fisheries and aquaculture sector, within the National Fisheries Data Collection Program pursuant to EC Regulation No. 199/08.

PDF and Excel forms are available for exporting and submitting data to ISTAT and third parties. The operator back office features permission management, dynamic display of privilege levels, administrator-managed closure and reopening of electronic data collection forms, and a platform for sending selected or automatic SMS messages to communicate with field operators.  

The system includes rigorous daily backup procedures and automatic scripts for synchronizing data with external ERP software. PDF documentation is always available online, and support is available via a ticketing platform integrated into the operator login area.

Some indicative numerical data for the operation of the system are highlighted:

• More than 1500 vessels analyzed and managed within the platform.

• More than 100 operators working in the area.

• 300 descriptive variables relating to costs, maintenance, and ISTAT data.

• 20 search and export filters.

• Import/export templates available in PDF, DOC, CSV, Excel.
