Warehouse Management
The Warehouse-ID system consists of two software modules:
Cloud Responsive Web Application : accessible from any browser, operating system and device.
Mobile APP, Android and IOS , which exploits the potential of RFID tags in NFC (Near Field Communication) technology.
The system is available in two languages: Italian and English .
Through the Web Application, users, depending on their privilege level, will be able to perform various types of activities related to the warehouse management process.
Management of item records, importable from external systems.
Numerous product information fields are available for items, such as: code, manufacturer, price, minimum number of pieces to keep in stock as a reserve, etc.
Check warehouse status: which items are present/not present and which are below the minimum stock level.
Check all item movements: Purchase, Picking, Return, Inventory, Movement.
Other notable features:
For withdrawals made by a user from a warehouse on the same day, a transport document in PDF format is automatically generated.
Check which and how many items were used on a specific system and analyze the costs – the data can also be filtered over a specific time period.
Data extraction in tabular form, in Excel and through graphs.
The Cloud Web system and the Android app are always synchronized. The Cloud Web system provides a series of configurable web services to send and receive data from external systems (SAP, Dynamics 365, Navision, etc.).
