The software system offers comprehensive support for all stages of a loan application. The web-based application can be accessed from any PC without requiring additional installation. The only installations are performed on a remote server's web space. The services are offered in ASP (Application Service Provider) mode , an architectural model for providing IT services that allows for remote processing and application management. This architectural model ensures that the processing technology (hardware) and application technology (software) are centrally managed by a Service Provider, leaving the end user free to choose when and how to use the service.
All users can access the system by entering their login and password. The system looks different depending on the user category. There are four user categories:
Administrator
Operator
Agent
Commercial
Accountant
The administrator has visibility of all system screens and the ability to perform any type of operation. For other user types, the visible screens can be configured by the administrator. Each Agent is associated with an Operator and a Sales Representative, and each agent can be a sub-Agent for another.

Internal Messaging
Messages can be sent and received through the system. These messages are saved in the system database and are also sent to the email addresses associated with users. An administrator can send messages to all users, while other users can only write to specific recipients to whom they are associated. For example, an operator can communicate with all the agents associated with them, with the administrators, and with their sales representative.
Personal data
In this section you can add, edit, delete, list, and search for personal data relating to:
Clients
Companies
Agents, natural persons
Agents, legal entities
Counterparties.
For each category, there are a series of common fields, such as the list of telephone numbers or addresses; and a series of category-specific fields, such as the list of registers to which the individual Agent is registered. It should be noted that associations can be created between Clients and Companies (this association is mandatory if the Client has an active case) and between Agents and Sub-Agents.

Companies section , where you can define the insurance companies the financial company works with. In this section, you can define the following for each company:
The associated products.
Insurance rates, life risk and employment for both genders.
Banks section , where you can define the banks the financial company works with. In this section, you can define for each bank:
The associated companies.
The associated products, and the coefficients applied as a function of duration.
Applicable payment methods.
Products section , where you can define the products the Finance Company works with. In this section, you can define for each product:
The permitted age ranges .
The permitted seniority ranges .
The allowed financing term range.
Estimates section , where you can enter the following data:
Customer's tax code.
Customer's last name and first name.
Date of birth and employment.
Product, installment and duration.
Commission percentage.
THE SYSTEM OFFERS A SERIES OF SOLUTIONS BY CROSS-REFERRING ALL THE BANKS AND COMPANIES WITH WHICH THE SAME PRODUCT IS ASSOCIATED FOR THE CHOSEN DURATION.
QUOTES CAN BE DOWNLOADED IN PDF FORMAT FROM AN ORDERED AND FILTERABLE LIST.
IN THIS LIST, ADMINISTRATORS SEE ESTIMATES FROM EVERYONE, AGENTS SEE ONLY THEIR OWN ESTIMATES OR THOSE OF THEIR SUB-AGENTS, AND SALES PEOPLE AND OPERATORS SEE ONLY THE ESTIMATES OF ASSOCIATED AGENTS. ADMINISTRATORS CAN GENERATE ESTIMATES BY EMULATING AN AGENT.

IN THIS SECTION YOU CAN VIEW ALL THE QUOTES THAT HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED AND WHICH HAVE IN FACT BECOME REAL FINANCING PROCEDURES.
THE AGENT'S TASK IS TO TRANSFORM A QUOTE INTO PRACTICE BY DETAILING THE CLIENT'S DATA AND THE COMPANY HE WORKS FOR.
THE PRACTICE CAN GO THROUGH A SERIES OF CONFIGURABLE INTERMEDIATE STATES BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE FINAL STATE OF LIQUIDATION.
EVERY TIME AN OPERATOR MODIFIES THE PRACTICE OR CHANGES ITS STATUS, THE NOTES RELATING TO THE CHANGES MADE ARE AUTOMATICALLY SAVED AND AN EMAIL IS SENT TO THE ACTORS INVOLVED (AGENT, SUB-AGENT, SALES PERSON, OPERATOR).
THE LIST OF PROCEDURES IS FILTERABLE, AND THE ADMINISTRATOR CAN MODIFY THE ACTORS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROCEDURES AND THE ESTIMATE ASSOCIATED WITH IT.

In this section, you can edit the system configuration parameters, the types of users allowed and the forms they can view, the payment types available, and the system user profiles.
Billing
The system automatically generates two types of invoices:
Agent Invoices , i.e. the invoices that the agent issues to the Finance Company,
Financial Invoices , or the invoices that the Financial Company issues to the banks
The invoices are in printable PDF format, and for each one the accountant can indicate the payment date and notes.
