Control Panel

In this section, you can edit the system configuration parameters, the types of users allowed and the forms they can view, the payment types available, and the system user profiles.

Billing

The system automatically generates two types of invoices:

• Agent Invoices , i.e. the invoices that the agent issues to the Finance Company,

• Financial Invoices , or the invoices that the Financial Company issues to the banks

The invoices are in printable PDF format, and for each one the accountant can indicate the payment date and notes.

At the entrance to the island, near the reception, the following equipment will be located:

– CARD reader.

– Electronic scale.

The taxpayer places the waste to be disposed of on the scale and places his/her service CARD on the reader.

The operator of the ecological island, using a personal computer (or notebook), will be able to:

– carry out citizen identification, thanks to the CARD;

– check the exact weight of the waste;

– record the waste deposit, specifying the type.

After the weighing phase, the recycling center operator will indicate in which container to deposit the waste.

The Services CARD offers extraordinary flexibility of use. Thanks to Mifare technology ( ISO 14443 ), various information can be stored on the card, allowing for future developments where the same card can be extended to different types of citizen services.

The data collection system must include a tool that allows individual citizens to check online, at any time, how much waste they have deposited, grouped by waste type.

To achieve this, a web portal has been implemented that users can access securely using their login and password.

In fact, when the CARDS are delivered, the login details for the web portal will be distributed in a sealed envelope.

The password must be changed after the user logs in for the first time.

From the configuration panel, users can register their email address so they can be notified whenever any "weighings" are recorded with their service CARD or to receive any service communications from the Municipality.

The service card can be used by the Municipality to identify potential beneficiaries of tax deductions and/or discounts for other citizen services offered by the Municipality.
